How do I return an item?
To send back an item, just shoot us an email at customerservice@shftclub.store with your Name, Order Number, and why you want to part ways with it. Our crew will hit you up in within 24 hours with a return code, all authorized and ready to go!
How long will the refund take to return to my account?
Refunds are processed within 72 hours of receiving and inspecting the return. The refund amount will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take 2-10 business days for the refund to show up on your account, depending on your credit card company. If you want updates on the refund status, please reach out to your bank or credit card company.
I purchased the wrong size, can I exchange products for another?
Considering the quick turnaround of our collections, it is not possible to guarantee the availability of all sizes and styles at all times.
